1. Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Returns requested after this period will not be accepted.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • In original packaging with all tags attached
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation)

👉 Items that do not meet these conditions may be rejected or returned to the customer.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

     with your order number and reason for return
  2. Our team will review your request within 24–48 business hours
  3. If approved, you will receive return instructions and the authorized return address

⚠️ Important:

  • Do not send items back without prior authorization
  • Unauthorized returns may not be accepted

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer Responsibility: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • Non-refundable: Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable
  • No Restocking Fee: We do not charge restocking fees

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect:

  • We will cover return shipping costs
  • A replacement or full refund will be offered

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You will be notified via email regarding approval or rejection
  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method

Processing Time:

  • Refunds are processed within 1–3 business days after approval
  • Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  2. Contact your credit card provider
  3. Contact your bank

7. Sale & Final Sale Items

  • Discounted items are eligible for return if they meet return conditions
  • Items marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for return or refund

8. Exchanges

We only offer exchanges for items that are defective or damaged.

9. Fulfillment Transparency

Tfzcall operates exclusively as an online store.

Our administrative address is registered in Florida, while parts of our operations, including logistics coordination and customer support, are managed from San Diego, California.

We work with trusted fulfillment partners, and return instructions will be provided after approval.
