  • Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or U.S. federal holidays
  • Orders placed after 5:00 PM (Pacific Time, PT) will be processed on the next business day
  • During peak periods, processing times may be extended. Customers will be notified in case of significant delays

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates

We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders worldwide.

To provide a wide range of styles at competitive prices, orders may be shipped from our international fulfillment centers or partner warehouses depending on product availability and destination.

Estimated Delivery Time:

  • United States: 5–8 business days
  • United Kingdom / Canada / Australia: 5–10 business days
  • Rest of World: 7–12 business days

  • Incorrect Address: We are not responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect or incomplete addresses
  • P.O. Boxes: Supported for standard shipping where applicable
  • Military Addresses: We currently do not ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses
  • Unclaimed Packages: If a package is returned due to being unclaimed, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment
